Sardar
Samand Palace is a superb art deco hunting lodge built by H.H. Maharaja
Umaid Singh in 1933. All the original features have been retained. The
expansive grounds and gardens offer delightful walks. Overlooking the
large lake teeming with bird life, the lake resort affords one of the
most breathtaking views of the lake. A well-maintained palace, the rooms
here are tastefully furnished with all modern amenities. A lake side
swimming pool completes the picture.
